The University of Uyo's Senate hereby notifies all graduates, parents, guardians, and the public that the combined 26th, 27th, and 28th Convocation ceremony, where Honorary Degrees, Higher Degrees, First Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, and Prizes will be conferred upon the graduates of the 2017/2018, 2018/2019, and 2019/2020 sessions, is scheduled as follows:
The event will take place from Wednesday, November 08, 2023, to Saturday, November 11, 2023.
GRADUAND INFORMATION
Graduates are expected to make payments as outlined below for gown rentals, Order of Proceedings, and Scrolls, according to their respective categories:
First Degree, Diploma, and Certificate Graduates are required to pay:
a) N15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) only if payment is made between September and October 6, 2023.
b) N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only if payment is made from October 9, 2023.
Master's Degree and Postgraduate Diploma Graduates are to pay:
a) N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only if payment is made between September and October 6, 2023.
b) N25,000.00 (Twenty-five Thousand Naira) only if payment is made from October 9, 2023.
Ph.D. Graduates are required to pay:
a) N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) only for the purchase of gown and cap.
Each graduate should collect their academic gown and invitation card for guests from Faculty Officers/Secretary of the Postgraduate School.
Graduates who have yet to pay the Alumni Association fee of N3,000.00 (Three Thousand Naira) only are urged to do so promptly.

PAYMENT METHOD: All payments should be made online through uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals. Choose the ebursaryCollect Link, follow the instructions, and upon completion, you will be directed to the remita platform for payment.
