 UNIZIK 2023 Post-UTME/DE: Minimum Scores, Eligibility, and Enrollment Information



The Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, has announced its schedule for the 2023/2024 POST-UTME and DIRECT ENTRY screening exercise. This announcement pertains to candidates who selected the University as their first choice in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), Direct Entry (DE), and all Nnamdi Azikiwe University Affiliate Institutions.


ELIGIBILITY


Candidates who chose Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, or its affiliate institutions as their primary choice and meet the required cut-off mark are qualified to apply.


Even if candidates did not select NAU as their first choice university but achieved the eligible cutoff marks for any faculty/program, they can apply by changing their institution through the JAMB website.


Direct Entry candidates must possess OND/HND/First Degree or A’Level qualifications in relevant disciplines and subjects.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES


The registration process is as follows:


a. Registration commences on Thursday, August 10th, 2023, and concludes on Saturday, September 30th, 2023.


b. Change of course or institution into Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (and its affiliate institutions) closes on Saturday, September 16th, 2023. Any changes made after this date will not be considered valid.


c. Mandatory upload of O'level and A'level results for DE candidates on JAMB Caps must be completed by Saturday, September 16th, 2023.


d. Visit http://apply.unizik.edu.ng


Create a UNIZIK application account by providing your email, phone number, and password.


Validate your account by entering the code sent to your email/phone number.


Log in using your username and password.


Click on the 2023 Post-UTME application.


Link your JAMB registration profile to your account.


Click on "pay online" on the invoice to pay the sum of N2000 online or print the invoice and pay N2000 at the bank.


Return to the portal and provide your date of birth, next of kin information, and O'Level results.


Click "submit form" to complete your application.


An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your application.


FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES


In addition to a, b, c, d above, candidates must ensure their academic transcripts are sent to the Registrar, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Hard copies of JAMB E-scores, O-level, OND/HND/First Degree or A'Level results must be submitted to the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) by Saturday, September 16th, 2023.


Candidates whose transcripts are not received within the specified period will not be considered for admission.


SCREENING EXERCISE TIME & REQUIREMENTS


a. Monitor your phone/email and UNIZIK's post website for more screening exercise details for UTME/DE candidates. It is recommended to obtain the official UNIZIK Post-UTME past questions and answers for effective preparation. CLICK HERE to get yours now.


b. Candidates who didn't register online won't be part of the screening exercise.


c. O'level and A'level results for DE candidates must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS for admission consideration.
