The management of Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, has noticed with concern that many graduating students have not yet uploaded their most recent passport photographs on the university portal, despite multiple reminders. This step is crucial for the printing of certificates.
As a result, the management is extending the deadline for uploading these photographs until 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Graduating students must adhere to the following specifications when uploading their photographs:
a) The photograph must be in color, in JPEG format, and have a white background.
b) The dimensions should be 35mm wide and 45mm high (3.5cm x 4.5cm), with a maximum file size of 20kb.
All graduating students are strongly advised to comply with this directive promptly. Failure to do so may result in serious consequences.
